Democrat Eric Swalwell and Republican Tony Gonzales both resigned from Congress Tuesday over separate sexual misconduct allegations. Swalwell has denied the claims against him while Gonzales acknowledged an affair with a staff member. Caitlin Huey-Burns reports.
