Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott announced his agency will move forward with a planned 62-mile border infrastructure project, known as the Tucson 5 project, in Arizona. After a federal judge denied the Tohono O’odham Nation's request earlier this month to halt the project, the tribe now vows to cite contractors for trespassing on native lands.
