Nepal search efforts underway in difficult terrain of flooded Himalayan foothills

Hundreds of people are missing, including 47 Americans, after catastrophic flooding and mudslides hit the Nepal-Tibet border. Initial reports suggest that an earthquake in the area could have triggered an avalanche and caused the floods.
