Two wounded as knife attacker targets London’s Jewish community

U.K. police declared a stabbing attack that injured two Jewish people in London was a "terrorist incident." A 45-year-old man with a history of mental health issues stabbed and seriously wounded two Jewish men in Golders Green, North London.
